| Print Profiles |
Specify and manage each profile to include which options are available when printing and

Use your own mail service to email estimates directly to your clients and workroom

| Making Charges |
Per width, per metre, per square metre or using grid systems based on rail size or
widths. Per drope.g. up to 150cm one price, up to 250cm at another price. |
| VAT |
Prices can include VAT or have VAT added to the total. You can also exclude VAT if
you are not registered. |
| Currencies |
Pound Sterling is the default currency; however, you are able to amend to suit your
business needs. |
| * Discounts |
Apply discounts to the total job cost or to individual components such as making costs
orfabric prices. The system calculates the discount and will apply it to the estimate.

| * Deposits |
Manage your general requirements globally or configure on a per Job basis using the Job
Profile.Whether you require 50% of the total estimate or wish to apply a percentage to
certaincomponents e.g. 100% fabric price and 50% of making etc. The system will
calculate the requireddeposit based on specifications and apply to the estimate. |
| * Mark Ups / Uplifts |
A Job can be Marked Up or Uplifted where you have entered Cost Prices. These can be
applied tothe total of the estimate or to individual groups such as making costs or
fabrics. |
| Material Management |
Store frequently used materials within the system and select the fabrics, linings,
interlinings &trimmings at the time of estimating rather than spending time entering the
details again. |
| Customer Database |
You can use ACE Online as a management system for your customers details. |
| Supplier Database |
Suppliers Details can be stored in the system. |
| Job Status |
Shows stage of job e.g. estimate issued, accepted, ordered, fitted, delivered,
completed, declined. |

Each member of staff has their own user account. This allows the administrator to set

| Invoice a Job |
Jobs which have been completed can be Invoiced to prevent changes to the being made.

Once a Job has been invoiced, an invoice document for your Customer can be produced from
Ace Online. |
| Export to Xero |
Ace Online will produce a csv formatted correctly for import to Xero with no need to
re-key your details for using your financial accounts package. |
Sell Made to Measure Products Online

Using the Ace Online API, your Customers can select products and materials on your
website and obtain correctly calculated prices from the Ace Online system allowing them
to purchase online. |
